Make sure every character beneath the scratch layer is entered correctly. Codes use uppercase letters and numbers, excluding easily confused characters. If a sealed card reports that it was already claimed, contact the Octane team with a photo of the card and its batch information.

Never share a revealed code publicly. Anyone with an unclaimed code can connect it to their Roblox account.
