Terms of Service

1. The redemption service

The service lets eligible users redeem a valid Octane promotional code for a digital vehicle reward associated with that code. Codes are distributed without charge, have no cash value, and are not currency, gift cards, or items for resale.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be permitted to use Roblox and this service under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age required to accept these terms in your location, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for selecting the correct Roblox account before confirming a redemption.

3. Codes and rewards

• Each code may be redeemed only once.
• A completed redemption cannot be transferred to another Roblox account.
• Lost, damaged, exposed, copied, or publicly shared codes may not be replaced.
• Rewards are delivered in Octane and may require the game to be available.
• We may reject or invalidate codes connected to fraud, duplication, automation, tampering, or other abuse.

4. Roblox and third-party services

Roblox sign-in is used to identify the account receiving a reward. Roblox is a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy policies. We do not control Roblox availability, accounts, moderation decisions, or platform changes.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• attempt to guess, generate, scrape, sell, duplicate, or automate code claims;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures;
• interfere with the service or another person's redemption; or
• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or a reward when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, platform changes, or game operations. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

7. Intellectual property

Octane, its artwork, vehicles, branding, website, and related content belong to Ignition Switch or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit that content.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service and rewards are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every error can be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ignition Switch and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service, a code, a reward, Roblox, or loss of access. Our total liability for a claim relating to this free service will not exceed the amount you paid to use it.

10. Termination

We may restrict access to the service when we reasonably believe these terms were violated or access presents a security, legal, or operational risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
